Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or follow up on inquiries.
• Explain products/services to customers and answer their questions.
• Schedule appointments or product demos if required.
• Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, English, Telugu, etc.].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
