Job Description (JD):

Job Responsibilities:

• Customers ko call karke service requests confirm karna aur unhe service schedule ke baare mein inform karna
• Service delivery status ko track karna aur customers ko updates dena
• Customer queries aur complaints ko handle karna aur unka proper solution dena
• Service team aur customers ke beech coordination maintain karna
• CRM ya system mein customer details aur call records update karna
• Service feedback collect karna aur customer satisfaction ensure karna
• Pending services ka follow-up karna

Requirements:

• Telecalling ya customer service mein experience preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Polite aur professional communication style
• Problem-solving ability aur patience
