Telecalling Executive

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) acts as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for fostering long-term loyalty, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing inquiries via phone/email, maintaining CRM records, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Resolution: Handle inbound/outbound calls, promptly resolve complaints, and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Data Management & Reporting: Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
• Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve escalations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, empathy, patience, and ability to handle high-stress situations.
