Tele Sales Executive – Job Description (B2C & B2B)

Role Overview

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads, explaining product/services, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves both B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) sales activities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesB2C (Business to Consumer):Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Convert warm and cold leads into successful sales.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily reports.
  • Build strong post-sales customer relationships for upselling.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism.
  • B2B (Business to Business):Contact business clients and present product/service offerings.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Schedule product demos, meetings, and negotiate pricing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
  • Understand market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain B2B pipeline and provide weekly sales forecasts.
  • RequirementsProven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / BPO / Customer Service (preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge, CRM usage is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls daily.
  • For B2B: Exposure to corporate communication and business pitching is a plus.
  • Skills NeededExcellent verbal communication.
