Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide support.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and outcomes
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
