Job Description –

Designation : Telecalling Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Sales & Customer Relations

Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers(Client Relationship Management), builders, contractors, and dealers regarding uPVC profiles, windows & doors.

 Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to generate interest

 Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

 Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).

 Follow up with leads, schedule appointments for sales team, and ensure regular communication.

 Prepare Proforma Invoices, quotations, and share them with clients.

 Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatches, deliveries, and order status updates.

 Support marketing campaigns by conducting follow-up calls.

 Provide basic after-sales support and route technical queries to the concerned team.

 Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads and support brand visibility.

 Visit customer places if required for follow-ups, documentation, or support activities. Requirements:

 Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.

 Good convincing & negotiation ability.

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).

 Prior experience in tele calling or customer support, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior products.

 Knowledge of billing & invoicing will be an added advantage.

 Willingness to travel locally for exhibitions or client visits when needed.
