Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller/Tele Sales Executive to contact potential customers, introduce products/services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets over phone calls.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and answer customer queries clearly.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain customer database with accurate details.
  • Follow up on leads, prospects, and pending inquiries.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.
  • Provide information about offers, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain call logs, reports, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with field sales team for appointments or site visits (if applicable).
  • RequirementsProven experience as Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Good listening skills and patience.
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure.
  • Key SkillsGood communication (Hindi/English or regional language)
