Responsibilities: • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, and obtain details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Requirements Gender: Male or Female Language: English & Hindi ( Crisp and without mother tongue influence ) Shift timing: General Shift Female Employees (9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm) Male Employees (11am to 8) Education :- Graduate Experience:- Minimum 1 Year Telecalling / 1year in sales in Travel/OTA industries
