Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Recruiter to handle outbound calls to potential candidates, explain job opportunities, and schedule interviews. The role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of recruitment processes.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to candidates from provided databases/job portals
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates
• Screen candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records in the system
• Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and hiring targets
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, job portals)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Good listening skills
• Qualifications:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or recruitment is a plus
