Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and working professionals regarding training programs, courses, and certifications.
• Counsel prospects on suitable courses based on their educational background, career goals, and skill requirements.
• Clearly explain course curriculum, duration, fees, schedules, and certification benefits.
• Convert leads into enrollments by effective follow-ups and counseling.
• Achieve admission, enrollment, and revenue targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate student lead data, follow-up status, and enrollment details in CRM or lead management systems.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with academic, training, and operations teams for batch allocation and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive counseling experience and long-term student relationship.
• Follow institutional sales scripts, ethical counseling practices, and compliance guidelines.

Specific Requirements

• Excellent communication and student counseling skills.
• Fluency in English and regional languages (preferred).
• Basic understanding of education, skill development, or professional training programs.
• Ability to counsel students and parents with patience and clarity.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and closing abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp follow-ups).
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple follow-ups.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism.
• Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, or academic counseling is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and counseling aptitude may also apply.
