Key responsibilities :)

Contact clients to discuss overdue payments through phone, email, or in person.

Negotiate repayment plans and schedules with customers.

Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities.

Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and prevent overdue debts.

Adhere to all relevant legal and company policies and regulations.

Escalate complex cases to senior management or legal teams when necessary.

Collaborate with other departments, like the finance team, to reconcile accounts.

Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.
