- Role Description: Handling customer queries via field / Call / Text providing support for payments pendency.
- Key Skills: Strong verbal and written in any two English/Telugu/Tamil/Kanada/Malyalam communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Eligibility: Typically open to graduates or undergraduates, with some positions accepting freshers.
- Working Hours: Primarily day shifts (day/night) with 6 days working.
- Salary Range: Frequently ranges from 18000 to 25000 with some senior or specialized roles offering higher , additional to it INCENTIVE / TA / FOOD.
