Job Title: Marketing & Donor Relations Execuitve

Role Summary

Drive marketing communication, donor servicing, and backend coordination to support

fundraising, branding, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Create content for social media, website, newsletters, brochures, and campaigns.

• Manage social media scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics.

• Design simple creatives using Canva or similar tools.

• Support event promotion, outreach campaigns, and brand visibility.

Donor Relations

• Maintain donor database and ensure timely updates in CRM/Excel.

• Draft thank-you emails, renewal communication, and impact updates.

• Coordinate for donor calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Assist in preparing donor reports, presentations, and feedback documents.

Backend & Operations

• Maintain documentation, files, and communication logs.

• Track campaign performance, leads, and conversions.

• Support team in coordinating vendors, printing, logistics, and event material.

• Work closely with fundraising and program teams to collect stories, photos, and

reports.

Skills Required

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva).

• Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM/Excel, email tools, and social media.

• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree only in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• 0–2 years experience in marketing, communication, backend support, or donor

relations.
