Job Description:

We are hiring Product Advisors to make outbound calls, explain Shaadi.com premium services, and convert free members into paid customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads
• Pitch and sell premium memberships
• Follow up with prospects and update call details in the system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle walk-in customers if assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months experience in Telesales / Outbound Calling
• Good communication skills in English (Telugu is an added advantage)
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
