About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, explaining services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain PORTER services

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Follow up with interested leads to close sales

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain professionalism

Requirements

Fluent in Hindi and English

0 to 6 months of experience in sales or telesales

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Must own a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection

Ability to work independently and meet targets
