Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads and close sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
