Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups

• Handle inbound customer queries and complaints
• Provide solutions for internet issues, billing, and plans
• Coordinate with technical team for issue resolution
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
• Update CRM with customer interactions 
• Good communication skills (Telugu + Hindi/English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer pressure
• Positive attitude and team player 
• Experience in Telecom / ISP / BPO / DTH sales
• Telecalling or customer handling experience 
•
