Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients informing them about overseas education or immigration programs.[internshala +2]
• Handle inbound calls, answer queries about specific countries, courses, or migration requirements.[expertia +2]
• Identify potential leads, set up appointments for the consulting team, and nurture relationships to secure conversions.[shine +1]
• Maintain and manage client records accurately using CRM or MS Excel.[expertia +1]
• Support clients with application procedures, documentation, and address their concerns throughout the process.[expertia]
• Meet monthly call and conversion targets set by the consultancy.[expertia +1]
• Keep up to date with industry trends, visa policies, and competitor activities.[internshala +1]
• Engage professionally and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.[expertia +1]
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.[expertia]
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business growth and revenue.[shine +1]

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.[shine +1]
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.[internshala +1]
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in education, training, or immigration sectors.[expertia +1]
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.[expertia +1]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
