This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller at BCN Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and promoting our OTT App services after knowing their requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include making phone calls, explaining our offerings, answering customer queries, and maintaining a database of customer information. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
