Job Description

FixZone Premium Apple Repair Service is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and manage customer communication, lead follow-ups, and service bookings from the office. The role requires handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with Apple device repair inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed repair bookings.

The Telesales Executive will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and helpful experience while explaining FixZone’s premium repair services for devices such as iPhone, MacBook, iPad, and Apple Watch. The candidate must have strong communication skills, sales ability, and the confidence to guide customers through the service process.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding Apple device repair services.

Provide clear information about repair services, pricing, service process, and booking details.

Perform regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain and update customer data, lead status, and service records in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the technical team and field technicians for scheduling and confirming repair appointments.

Track customer inquiries from initial contact to final service completion.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable repair solutions.

Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up reminders, and customer interaction notes in the CRM.

Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets and improving conversion rates.

Provide a positive customer experience and represent the FixZone brand professionally.


The ideal candidate should be organized, confident in handling customers, and capable of managing multiple leads at the same time. Attention to detail, patience while handling customer concerns, and the ability to close sales effectively are important for success in this role.


This position is office-based and requires someone who is comfortable working with sales targets, handling customer interactions, and maintaining accurate CRM records while ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the repair service team.
