Job Description:  Telesales Executive/Sr. Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience : 1 year to 8 years relevant experience in Telesales (any industry) with Experience in Outbound Sales calling

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent degree.


About the Role: 


This role involves engaging with customers over calls, supporting sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned call and sales targets through effective communication and a customer-focused approach.


Responsibilities:


  • Record customer purchase orders accurately and process all purchases 
  • Call existing and potential customers to promote products and services
  • Generate promising leads for the outside sales team 
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business 
  • Use company-provided sales scripts to handle customer objections and drive sales 
  • Develop product knowledge to recommend suitable products based on customer needs 
  • Consistently achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets

Requirement:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (North Indian Hindi) Mandatory
