🚀 We’re Hiring – Telesales Officer (TSO)

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our telesales team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with BPO/sales experience who want to build strong communication and insurance domain skills.

📌 Role: Telesales Officer (TSO)

Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain insurance products and services

• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales

• Maintain call records and follow company sales processes

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements• Manageable English & Hindi communication

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of insurance is a plus

• Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months BPO experience can apply

Salary & Work Details• 14K CTC | 12K Take-Home + Incentives

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
