Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller – Sales & Reservations Executive for Barbeque Spice.
The role includes handling calls and WhatsApp enquiries, explaining buffet details, offers, pricing, time slots, and taking table, PDR, and event bookings. You will follow up on enquiries, convert leads into confirmed reservations, update booking records, and coordinate with the restaurant team.
Candidates with experience in restaurant reservations, hotels, banquets, or hospitality sales are preferred. Must have good communication in Hindi, English, and Telugu, strong convincing skills, and a sales-driven mindset to achieve targets.
