Telesales Executive – Sales RoleRole Overview:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong communication with potential customers to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls with potential customers
- Explain property details, pricing, and booking policies clearly
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with customers to close pending inquiries
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations
- Address customer queries and provide proper guidance during the booking process
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Admin tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telesales, hospitality, or booking platforms
- Good understanding of customer service and sales processes
