Role Description

We're looking for a Telecaller to join Now LevelUP Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, booking meetings, and achieving weekly & monthly sales targets.

What You'll Do

Call and follow up with potential leads shared by the company in CRM

Book appointments/meetings for the sales team

Achieve weekly & monthly targets consistently 

Maintain lead data, call records, and follow-ups 

Build rapport and maintain professionalism with prospects

Requirements

1 to 2 years of telecalling / telesales experience

Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)

Ability to work under sales targets

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
