Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a telesales role and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide product information and handle customer objections professionally.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM software.

Any UG degree preferred .
