Job Overview:

HAWK DEVELOPERS is looking for a confident and persuasive Female Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up with leads, and drive plot sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries related to plots and real estate projects.
• Clearly explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers.
• Regularly follow up with interested leads to move them towards closure.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Key Requirements:

• Female candidates (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven attitude with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
• vAbility to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
