Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as per assigned data.

• Promote products/services clearly and confidently to customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily call targets, conversion targets, and monthly sales goals.

• Accurately update call details, dispositions, and follow-ups in CRM.

• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

• Follow compliance, call quality, and process guidelines strictly.

• Ensure proper follow-ups and timely renewals (if applicable).

• Maintain high levels of call discipline, login adherence, and productivity.

• Coordinate with team leaders and support teams for escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation (preferred)

• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Call Center / BPO

• Experience in sales, renewals, or outbound calling is an added advantage.

Work Conditions
