Job Overview:

As a Telesales Executive, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our insurance products, and close sales. You’ll work in a target-driven environment, helping customers find the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Sales Calls: Call potential customers to explain ICICI Lombard’s insurance products.

- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Product Presentation: Present products clearly and persuasively.

- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

- Sales Closure: Close sales and handle objections effectively.

- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Offer additional products like health or home insurance.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets.

- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain customer relationships.

- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure processes are compliant and document all interactions.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on ICICI Lombard products and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Education: 12th grade or higher.

- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales or insurance is a plus.

- Skills:  

 - Excellent communication skills  

 - Strong sales ability  

 - Customer-focused approach  

 - Ability to handle rejection  

 - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.  

 - Knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
