Job Description:NexBloom Media is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping brands scale through smart online strategies. We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients and promote our digital marketing services.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote NexBloom Media services
• Explain digital marketing services clearly and convincingly
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain client relationships
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Maintain call records and update CRM or tracking sheets
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead closures
• Requirements & Skills:Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejections professionally
• Freshers are welcome; prior telesales experience is an advantage
