Telesales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic Tele sales Executives to promote and sell credit cards and personal loans through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu, maintain decent behavior at work, and be motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit card and personal loan products.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales.
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer information.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Telugu (mandatory).
• Basic English communication is acceptable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
• Sales interest and target-driven mindset.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary for Freshers: ₹12,000 per month.
• Salary Increment: Increase to ₹14,000 after 3 months based on performance.
