Job Description
A Telesales Executive drives revenue by selling products or services directly to customers over the phone, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services and close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume targets.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, following up on leads, and researching new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, addressing customer questions, and upselling/cross-selling to increase revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a relevant sales/customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
