PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Looking for a result-driven team member to be responsible for achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales

through Digital Process

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Should have the zeal in achieving targets & selling financial products

• Should have at 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales environment.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills.

• Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle)

• An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for

this role.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations.

• Good knowledge of Business

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: -Will be directly reporting to Team Leader

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Qualifications 10+2, Any Graduate
• Minimum of 6 Months of experience in Telesales/BPO
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and with strong negotiating skills.
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
