Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Work From Office) Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales to join our digital marketing agency. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, promoting our digital marketing services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales in the digital marketing space. Key Responsibilities  Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to promote services such as Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and PPC campaigns.  Inbound Calls: Handle inquiries, explain services, and provide relevant solutions.  Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into business opportunities.  Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients, follow up consistently, and ensure client satisfaction.  Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales goals.  CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.  Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Required Skills & Qualifications  Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English (knowledge of Telugu/Hindi is a plus).  Persuasive Sales Ability: Ability to explain services confidently and convert leads.  Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (preferred in marketing/advertising industry).  Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing (training can be provided).  Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office and CRM software.  Problem-Solving Skills: Handle objections, resolve concerns, and maintain professionalism.  Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field, marketing background is a plus). Performance Indicators (KPIs)  Number of calls made per day.  Quality of leads generated.  Lead-to-conversion ratio.  Achievement of sales/revenue targets.  Customer satisfaction & retention rate. Career Growth Path Telecaller → Sr. Telecaller → Sales Coordinator → Inside Sales Manager → Business Development Manager
