About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecalls Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through inbound phone inquiries, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into paying customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from potential clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Provide comprehensive information about Woodpickr Studios' services, packages, and pricing.
- Schedule appointments for consultations with design team members.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and trust with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting compelling proposals and negotiating terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and interactions with potential clients.
- Report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using a CRM system and other relevant software.
- Passion for interior design and a strong understanding of the industry.
