Job Title: WhatsApp Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and sales-driven WhatsApp Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products through the Medplus WhatsApp Platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation: Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication

2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, including medicines and other healthcare products.

4. Order Processing: Place orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

5. Pan-India Service: Provide service to customers across India, ensuring timely delivery of products.

*Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate degree in any field

- Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages

- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and WhatsApp Platform

Skills Required

1. Strong Sales Skills: Maintain strong sales performance to achieve targets.

2. Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Team Coordination: Ability to work with team coordination to achieve sales targets.

4. Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge to suggest additional products/offers.

5. Language Fluency: Fluency in English and/or regional languages.

Work Schedule & Shift *Timings:

- 6 days a week (rotational week-off)

- 9 working hours

- Women: Rotational shifts between 7 AM to 8 PM

- Men: Rotational shifts between 7 AM to 11 PM

*Compensation + Perks:

*• CTC: 2.34 LPA (Including PF, ESI, Gratuity) + Additional Incentives & Yearly Bonus

* Annual Performance Appraisal for salary increments from the end of the first year (aligned with standard appraisal cycle & norms)

*Work Agreement: A mandatory 2-year work agreement for selected candidates.
