• 📞 Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
• 📍 Location: KPHB Phase 1
• ⏱ Timings: 9am to 6pm
• 💰 Salary: 12k to 15k plus incentives upto 20000
• 🔹 Job Role / Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain real estate project details clearly and professionally
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain customer data and update call records daily
• Achieve weekly and monthly call targets
• Build good customer relationships over calls
• 🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently
• Positive attitude and sales mindset
• Language skills: Telugu / Hindi / English (as per company requirement)
• 🔹 Eligibility:Minimum Inter / Degree
• Telecalling / Sales experience preferred (Real estate experience is a plus)
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
