Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive – EV 2-Wheeler Sales

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote and sell our Electric 2-Wheeler range. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in the EV industry.

• Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in EV 2-wheelers
• Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and benefits
• Answer customer queries about battery life, mileage, charging, and warranty
• Generate leads and schedule showroom visits or test rides
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain and update customer records in the system

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and basic data entry)
• Basic knowledge or interest in electric 2-wheelers (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
• Previous experience in telesales or automobile sales is an advantage
• Basic computer skills
