Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and convert prospects into enrollments
  • Make outbound calls to potential students and corporate clients
  • Explain courses, schedules, and training programs clearly
  • Follow up with interested candidates and close sales
  • Maintain CRM and sales records
  • Coordinate with training and operations teams
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets


Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year preferred (Freshers with sales knowledge are welcome)
  • Basic understanding of sales and cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Confident, energetic, and result-oriented
  • Willing to learn and grow in EdTech sales
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
