Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into enrollments
- Make outbound calls to potential students and corporate clients
- Explain courses, schedules, and training programs clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates and close sales
- Maintain CRM and sales records
- Coordinate with training and operations teams
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year preferred (Freshers with sales knowledge are welcome)
- Basic understanding of sales and cold calling
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Confident, energetic, and result-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow in EdTech sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
