Timings: 9:30 - 7:00

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about insurance products, renewals and offers.

Explain policy benefits, coverage, and premium details to customers in Hindi & English

Convince customers to buy or renew Reliance General Insurance policies

Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

Maintain call quality and sales targets as per company guidelines.

Update customer details and call status in the system.

Handle basic customer queries related to insurance.

Ensure proper documentation and accuracy while processing policies.

Follow compliance and quality standards of Reliance General Insurance.
