Your RoleYou will lead the recruitment engine.
You are accountable for:
- Time-to-Shortlist (≤7 days)
- Time-to-Join (≤15 days median)
- 45-day Replacement Rate
- Recruiter productivity
- Data discipline (Zoho / CRM hygiene)
You will manage 4–6 recruiters and ensure:
- ASK framework is applied properly
- No level inflation (L1–L5 integrity)
- Replacement misuse is controlled
- Owners receive quality, not excuses
This is an ownership role.
- What You Will DoMonitor daily sourcing pipeline
- Review shortlisted profiles before client sharing
- Audit ASK scores
- Intervene in stuck mandates
- Coach recruiters on objection handling
- Track offer-to-DOJ conversion
- Handle escalations before they become replacements
- Enforce 45-day policy fairly and strictly
What We ExpectMinimum 2–4 years experience in:
- Recruitment / HR Team Handling
- OR
- Salon operations with hiring responsibility
You must have:
- Strong communication (Hindi + English required)
- Data discipline (Excel/CRM comfort)
- No-sugar leadership style
- Decision-making confidence
- Ownership mindset
Bonus if you understand salon roles:
Unisex Stylist, Barber, Beautician, Manager, Therapist.
