Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about loan products, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and assist in the loan application process. The goal is to promote loan services and convert leads into successful loan disbursals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert into customers.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
