Job Description
* Identify and track GHMC tenders through the Telangana e-Procurement portal
* Study NITs, RFPs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and tender conditions
* Prepare and submit technical, commercial, and compliance documents
* Handle EMD, BG, FDR, and coordinate with banks and CAs
* Ensure adherence to GHMC and Telangana government procurement norms
* Upload tenders accurately and within deadlines
* Manage pre-bid queries, corrigendums, and clarifications
* Follow up on L1/L2 status, work orders, and agreement formalities
* Maintain tender records, trackers, and documentation
* Required: 2–5 years hands-on experience in GHMC tenders and Telangana e-procurement systems
