Tender Executive

Manage the entire tender process from inquiry to submission

· Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

· Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and take necessary permissions process from concerned government departments.

· Analyze and respond to tender requirements and queries

· Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions

· Monitor tender performance and implement improvements

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

visiting customers and willing to travel for business and tender related.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream with relevant experience.

· Previous experience in tender management or a similar role

· Strong understanding of tender processes and requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
