Role Overview

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for achieving sales, collection, and coverage targets within an assigned territory. You will directly engage with retail pharmacies, promote Acintyo Local’s catalogue of over 2L+ SKUs, and ensure that every store receives all products through our network. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and manage a team of Delivery Executives (DEs) to ensure smooth last-mile execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and collections from assigned retail pharmacies.
  •  Onboard new retailers and build strong relationships for consistent order flow.
  •  Promote full product availability — ensure every retailer uses Acintyo Local for all their purchase needs.
  •  Monitor delivery schedules, coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure on-time supply.
  •  Track and collect outstanding payments, ensuring retailers follow credit terms.
  •  Maintain accurate data on daily orders, collections, returns, and deliveries.
  •  Conduct market visits daily to ensure coverage, visibility, and retailer satisfaction.
  •  Train and guide Delivery Executives for better market performance.
  • Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with your ASM.
  •  Represent Acintyo Local’s values of service, trust, and transparency in every retailer interaction.

Educational Qualification

  •  Graduate (MBA preferred in Marketing / Sales / Pharma Management).
