Territory Sales Manager

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & value) in the assigned territory.

● Assist in identifying, onboarding, and activating distributors across Hyderabad and key

southern cities.

● Drive new business development by onboarding HORECA clients cafes, restaurants, bars,

hotels, etc.

● Represent Swa during demos, sampling sessions, and brand activations.

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upselling

opportunities.

● Collaborate with senior sales leadership to ensure smooth GTM execution for new products

and markets.

● Regularly update CRM tools, trackers, and sales reports to maintain visibility and pipeline

health.

● Stay plugged into local F & B trends, understanding what customers want and tailoring our

approach accordingly.

● Liaise with mixologists, chefs, consultants, and influencers in the region to grow Swa’s

footprint creatively.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Sales target achievement (volume/value)

● Number of new accounts acquired

● Distributor activation and performance

● Frequency of demos & field visits

● Reporting accuracy and CRM compliance

● Client retention & upsell ratio.

Candidate Profile.

● 2–4 years of experience in *sales within the F\&B, beverages, or HORECA segment.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-selling approach.

● Prior experience working with *distributors and trade channels in South India are preferred.

● Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn in a startup environment.

● Comfortable with field travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

● Knowledge of local languages (Telugu, Hindi, English) is an added advantage.
