Territory Sales Officer

Job Title: Territory Sales Officer (Building Materials / Cement / Paints)Location: (Mention your city/region)Experience: 1–5 years (preferred in cement, paints, or construction materials)Job Summary:The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for managing sales and distribution of building materials such as cement, paints, and related products within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding dealer networks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Promote products like cement, paints, putty, tiles, etc.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and engineers
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply and delivery
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Required Skills:Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of building materials market
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
• Qualifications:Minimum: Graduation Mandotary

Preferred: Any degree in Sales / Marketing / Business
