Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring improved control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
