Job Description:

Position: DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS/ONLINE SERVICE

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Work Schedule: Standard Hours (09:30 AM to 06:30 PM), No Rotational or Night Shifts

Duties:

- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently and professionally

- Conduct outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, or feedback

- Keep detailed records of conversations and customer interactions

Notice Period: Immediate Start

Compensation:

- Salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 plus appealing incentives

Job Specification:

- Qualifications: B.Tech graduates with voice process experience;

   - 12th pass or more and voice process experience

- Experience: Fresher or experienced in voice process

- Skills: Strong communication abilities, basic computer proficiency

- Languages: Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
