Job Title: Travel Executive/Bus Travel Coordinator - Boarding points/Journey starts from Gachibowli or Miyapur locations ( Hyderabad )

Hiring for Boarding Points: Gachibowli, Miyapur Locations.

Language Requirements: Must speak fluent Telugu and basic English communications skills must : 20 Openings

Additionally after completing 60 days we pay 4000/- and after 4 months 4000/- & after 6 months 4000/- as Bonus

Education: Minimum SSC must, also Inter, any Diploma, ITI, Any Degree passouts can also apply.

Shift Type: Full-time (Night Shifts), permanent job

Shift Timing: Starts anytime between 7 PM - 11pm; Return in the morning (12-14 hours round trip)

Example: Login at 10 PM today night and return by 10 AM/11 AM next day morning

The Smart Bus is equipped with onboard toilets and dedicated cleaning staff to maintain hygiene and assist with passenger luggage.

Depending on the route length, each bus is operated by one or two drivers.

For this assignment, you’ll travel half the journey and switch buses at the designated check post, boarding the return bus coming from the opposite direction.

The return trip will be completed by the following morning.

Example: Login at 7 PM and return by 6AM/7 AM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage spot bookings, provide wifi, GPS access, water bottle to passengers.
• Convince passengers to purchase return journey tickets by offerings discounts.
• Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews.
• Maintain accurate daily accounts.
• Travel long distances overnight (12-14 hours round trip) and return to the starting point in the morning.
• Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff.

Requirements:

• Age: 19 -33 max years (Male candidates only)
• Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Key Skills: Travelling, customer service, hospitality, sales knowledge, and persuasive skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹17,000/ month Gross Salary (ESI, Insurance covered) + Incentives + Free Dinner + Bonus
• Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000/month Gross salary (with relevant experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service and valid experience documents).
• Incentives: Attractive incentives ranging from ₹3000 to ₹10,000/month for selling return journey tickets, for collecting feedback and spot booking ticket sales.
